What data we collect and why

  1. When you send the consultation form, you give us your name, e-mail address, phone number, the type of training you are interested in and your message. Together with your request, the site sends the address of the page you sent it from and the language version of the site. The form service provider also receives your IP address.
  2. We use this data only to reply to your enquiry and to arrange a consultation with you.
  3. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, because we act at your request before entering into a contract. The second basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in handling correspondence and defending against claims.
  4. We keep form data until your enquiry has been handled. After that we may keep it for up to 3 years in case of any claims.
  5. When you call or e-mail us, we process the data you choose to share, such as your phone number, e-mail address and message. We do this to deal with your request, on the same legal bases and for the same period.
  6. Giving us your data is voluntary. Without it, however, we cannot reply to your enquiry.

Cookies and analytics tools

  1. Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. Your browser’s local storage works in a similar way.
  2. The site stores your chosen theme (light or dark) and your cookie decision in your browser. This storage is necessary for the site to work and does not require your consent.
  3. We use Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic on the site and Meta Pixel to measure how well our ads on Facebook and Instagram perform and to match them to the right audiences. Both tools run only after you accept them in the cookie banner.
  4. The legal basis for using these tools is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law of 12 July 2024.
  5. If you do not consent, the site works fully and the analytics tools stay switched off.
  6. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Click the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer and the banner will open again. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before.
  7. The _ga cookie (Google Analytics 4) tells visitors apart. It is kept for up to 2 years.
  8. The _ga_* cookie (Google Analytics 4) keeps track of your session. It is kept for up to 2 years.
  9. The _fbp cookie (Meta Pixel) recognises your browser to measure ads. It is kept for 3 months.
  10. The _fbc cookie (Meta Pixel) stores the ad click identifier when you arrive at the site from an ad on Facebook or Instagram. It is kept for 3 months.
  11. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.

Data recipients and transfers outside the EEA

  1. Your data may be shared with companies that help us run the site. These are the provider of the contact form service and our hosting provider.
  2. If you accept the analytics tools, data will also go to Google Ireland Ltd (Google Analytics 4) and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd (Meta Pixel).
  3. We share with each recipient only the data it needs to provide its service.
  4. The form service provider, Google and Meta may process data outside the EEA, including in the USA. This takes place on the basis of a European Commission decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.

Embedded content and external links

  1. The contact page includes an embedded Google Maps map. When you view it, your browser loads content from Google’s servers and Google receives, among other things, your IP address. When the map loads, Google may also store its own cookies in your browser. We show the map on the basis of our legitimate interest in helping you find your way to the studio (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  2. The class schedule and sign-ups run on the eFitness system. Once you open the schedule, the eFitness privacy policy applies.
  3. The site links to our Facebook and Instagram profiles. When you follow these links, the privacy rules of those services apply.
